  • Annual subscriptions: Eligible for a prorated refund of unused months if canceled within 30 days of purchase or renewal

2.3 Physical Products (if applicable)

For any physical merchandise or products:

  • Eligible for full refund: Within 30 days of delivery if the item is returned in original, unused condition with packaging
  • Eligible for exchange only: Items showing signs of use or with damaged packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional credits

  • Downloadable content that has been excessively accessed or used

4.3 Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the original card
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the PayPal account used
  • Bank transfers will be returned to the originating account

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days after our processing.

5. Processing Times and Fees

5.1 Processing Timeline

Our refund processing timeline is as follows:

  • Digital products and services: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Subscription cancellations: Processed within 3 business days, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
  • Physical products (if applicable): 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item

5.2 Refund Fees

While we do not charge processing fees for most refunds, please be aware of the following:

  • Original shipping charges for physical items are generally non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs for physical items are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defective products
  • International wire transfer refunds may incur bank fees which will be deducted from the refund amount
  • For some payment methods, transaction fees from the original purchase may not be refundable as these are charged by payment processors, not by CS Gaming Hub

For customers in the United Kingdom, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the right to receive products that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
